Our honey is raw, straight from the hive with no heat-treatment or pasteurization which allows the honey to preserve the potent health promoting enzymes.
Our Beekeepers do not feed sugar solution or supplements to their bees. Therefore, our honey is at its purest form as nature intended it to be.
Our forefathers have been in farming and have been cultivating spices like black pepper, clove and cardamom in the hill station of Chikmagalur located in Karnataka for over 100 years. Our spices are handpicked from our farms and are packaged in its purest form especially for you.
We grow a range of nutritional fruits all year round from seasonal to exotic. Our specialty would be; a variety of Jackfruits, avocados and oranges. We also grow other fruits like bitter orange (karna), pomelo (Chakotra), mud apples (sapota or chikoo), water apple, rose apple (gulab phal), soursop (ram phal), guava, fig, green mango (kachchi kairi, aamini) and lychee. All our seasonal fruits are sold at our farmgate as well as at Aldur village Saturday Sante (Farmers Market).
Our traditional filter coffee is a result of an art that has been handed down through generations. The coffee blend comprises of an optimum ratio of premium coffee and chicory that is roasted to a beautiful traditional South Indian Coffee.
Our coffees are grown and harvested at our high-elevation coffee farms in Chikmagalur, South India. The coffee is grown under a canopy of forest trees for shade where many migratory birds are frequent visitors to the farm. We handpick the best coffee berries in the month of December, which is then sorted and dried naturally under the sun.
